Team Care Behavioral Health, LLC, was developed as a practice initiative to provide psychological services to persons with input from their health-care team.  This team approach is bidirectional in the consultation for the person’s total well-being.  TCBH will work with physicians and allied health care providers to provide information from assessment that may assist in other professional’s treatment as well as receive information to assist in the behavioral health care of the client.  When you choose Team Care Behavioral Health, it is expected that you will also agree to this inter-disciplinary release of information and consultation.  Of course, Confidentiality principles apply so that only information as determined by you/guardian and the psychologist will be shared according to the needs of the individual.  TCBH will guard sensitive information and you/guardian will have the control of the release of information.
